A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing and responding to inbound customer service and order processing contacts for One World Directs' many client's. The role of the CSR includes but is not limited to; answering customer questions, solving customer issues and completing order processing. SALARY RANGE: $12.05 - $14.58 HOURLY/DOE + TIPS To provide customer service and ensure guest satisfaction while performing all required duties of the job. To work with all of your fellow GRC employees together as a team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Waitstaff will seat the guests and take their orders using suggestive selling techniques.
