Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides the highest level of service to our guests, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Welcomes guests as they enter the casino with a smile. * Maintains the highest level of vigilance at casino entrances with specific regard to the prevention of underage persons from entering the facility. * Requests to see identification from all visitors who appear 30 years old or younger. * Follows department Standard Operating Procedures in regards to the process of verifying identification. * Performs specific security duties as outlined by the Security Department policies and procedures to ensure the protection of all company assets as well as the safety and welfare of guests and team members. * Prepares reports as required. * Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures. * Handles patrons inquires and complaints and will solicit the support of a Supervisor Security as necessary. * Monitors fire alarm system * Maintains shift activity log and prepares reports as required. * Must be able to walk, run, stand, kneel, stretch, push, pull and pull weight for a full 8 hour shift. * Enters Team Members information into the access and key control systems. * Answers calls to security operations and the security podium. Will dispatch Security Department personnel as required. * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security field. * High School diploma or equivalent. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred. * Must be able to walk, run, stand for long periods of time, kneel, stretch, push, pull and pull weight for a full 8 hour shift * Ability to communicate with Team members and guests * Ability to be a TEAM player * Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process * Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays * Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing Certifications: * Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
