Photographic material: The NPS archives holds a small set of historic photographs that include 19th Century Hotel Del Monte cabinet cards; hotel souvenir books and postcards; and an aerial survey circa 1923.
Files contain documents noting location, ownership (when available), construction dates, etc., for structures built in 1926 or earlier, located in Pacific Grove.
Since the 1930's, Carmel Librarians have been acquiring historical materials that were kept and used in the library's reference department.
