Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve issues for customers with problems, questions, or system operation regarding NIKSUN products and services

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in providing technical support to Global clients
Knowledge of Network technologies, topologies (Ethernet) and protocols (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, NetBIOS/NetBEUI) and Wide Area Networking a plus
Strong knowledge of UNIX I Linux Operating Systems
Knowledge of server and storage technologies. Ability to troubleshoot intermediate level hardware issues.
Prior experience in Intel/IBM based platforms preferred
Ability to make onsite customer visits for installation/troubleshooting of NIKSUN software
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, MIS or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Any major technical certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Work with Athletics Department with all aspects of our Sports Performance program, including but not limited to:

Teach and reinforce proper movement mechanics, lifting technique, and training habits. - Support athletes' long-term athletic development through strength, speed, agility, and conditioning work;
Collaborate with the coaching staff to ensure consistency of training standards. - Help maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined training environment;
Monitor athletes' effort and safety during all training activities;
Uphold organizational values and serve as a positive role model for youth athletes.
Requirements:
Must hold a current certification in strength & conditioning, personal training, or related field (e.g., NASM, NSCA-CPT, USAW, ACE, ISSA, or similar);
Actively working toward the NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential;
Prior coaching, teaching, or athletic training experience preferred (volunteer, internship, or paid);

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain);
