A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this role is a key member of the team, responsible for a full range of activities including:
Collaborate with various IT teams to author and maintain technical documentation for the SharePoint environment, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Creating and conducting training sessions for IT staff and key business stakeholders on new features and best practices.
Manage, design and administer SharePoint Online, including site creation, collections, automated workflows, custom web parts with SPFx, migrating legacy content, configuration, and management, to facilitate collaboration and document management across the organization to streamline business processes.
Evaluating and managing third-party tools and vendors to support the SharePoint environment. Meet with department leads, business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their collaboration needs and translate them into scalable SharePoint solutions in alignment with governance policies.
Design, implement, and audit permission models and data retention policies to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
Work with junior engineers, systems administrators to review best practices, troubleshoot issues, or train them on PowerShell automation.
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, governance policies, and end-user guides.
Lead the testing and validation of all new solutions, patches, and upgrades in a non-production environment to ensure stability and mitigate risk.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding with C#, SQL and.NET.

Hands-on experience with managing and integrating a hybrid SharePoint environment.

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. Key Responsibilities:

Must Haves:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline.

· Proficient at troubleshooting electro-optomechanical assemblies and electrical PCBs using circuit diagrams.

The compensation range for this position is: $142,000 - $150,875. This range reflects the low and high end of the range Skylo reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.

You will work with the flight test and ground test teams to plan and reduce data from aircraft testing to validate the analysis models and/or show compliance to certification criteria.
You will identify gaps within the existing thermal analysis workflows, assist with organizing training, and identify analysis tools to enable successful program execution.
