Rita is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Magnetic, a digital media company based in New York. Rita Brogley is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of MyBuys, a marketing technology company, from 2012 until its merger with Magnetic in 2015. Rita is an experienced executive and entrepreneur in both early stage and large public companies, and she has extensive knowledge of strategy, eCommerce, marketing analytics and business development. Prior to joining MyBuys, from 2008 to 2011, Rita was the Chief Executive Officer at Amadesa, a technology provider of website testing and optimization. From 2000 to 2002, Rita served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Moxi Digital. Rita served as Director of Business Development and Marketing of Europe for Microsoft TV from 1997 to 2000 and was a Management Consultant with Bain and Company from 1995 to 1997. Rita earned a B.S. degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Dave Parks has over 25 years of experience in the digital strategy and transformative solutions arena. Beginning his career as a software developer, he eventually transitioned into technology management, technical sales and solution sales roles. Dave founded Adjacent Technologies, Inc. in 2002, and was acting CEO until merging Adjacent with enChoice in late 2019. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Texas A&M University.
