Work collaboratively with the Accounting Supervisor and other staff to assist with the month-end process. Prepare and process bank deposits. Requirements MSS is looking for a candidate who has experience with preparing and processing payroll and processing Accounts Payable functions. Experience working with Paylocity to process payroll is a plus. We are looking for a candidate who will take ownership of the process and is continuously looking for opportunities to add value and make improvements. Accurate record keeping skills and demonstrated ability to work with spreadsheets along with the ability to complete reconciliations is key to success in this position. All candidates must pass a Department of Human Services background check and a criminal background check. Benefits This is a full time position. Health and Safety: Oversee the medication administration at the assigned center. Ensure that all staff adhere to medication administration procedures as outlined in the Health Care Manual Ensure the safety and health of staff and persons served by being proactive in the identification and correction of health, safety and environmental hazards and ensuring the enforcement of all safety/health related policies and procedures. Provide emergency care when needed. Promptly communicate to the Program Director any problems or concerns regarding health and safety issues of the persons served or program operation. Program Development and Quality Enhancement Assist the Director to ensure that the services provided are person-centered, age appropriate and community focused. Assist the Program Director to identify and implement procedural enhancements and quality improvement measures regularly. Assist the Program Director to identify and promote best practices in service delivery and performance improvement.
