Serve as the primary interface across architecture, design, verification, software, validation, and operations teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges. Identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks early using data-driven insights and structured escalation. Drive approval and leadership reviews, providing clear and transparent updates on program status, issues, and trade-offs. Manage material readiness, sample allocation, and logistics to support bring-up, validation, and release timelines. Collect lessons learned and apply standard processes to continuously improve execution efficiency across programs. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of technical program management experience in SoC, ASIC, or processor development, spanning concept through bring-up and productization. Strong understanding of SoC architecture and design, including platform-level dependencies and key interfaces. Shown experience leading global, multi-functional teams and driving execution across multiple engineering focuses. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced development cycles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions without direct authority. Nice To Have Skills and Experience: Experience with datacenter, networking, or consumer SoC platforms. Hands-on familiarity with silicon bring-up, validation flows, and manufacturing readiness.
