Moyers Corners Fire Department CEO and leadership

I have been employed by the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department as a road patrol deputy since September 2007. During that time I have received certifications as a field training officer, general topics instructor, project lifesaver operator, and bomb technician. My previous assignments have included road patrol, tactical anti-crime patrol, and aviation. I am currently assigned to the road patrol division as a supervisor.

I also have a volunteer and part-time background with multiple fire departments. I served with the Lyncourt Vol. Fire Department from 2002-2007, and transferred to the Moyers Corners Vol. Fire Department in 2007. I have served as a line officer since 2010, and in 2016 was promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief. My fire service experience also includes working as a part-time FF/Paramedic for the Manlius Fire Department since March 2016.

In March 2006 I was hired by Rural Metro Medical Services ( now AMR) of Central New York as a basic EMT and became a paramedic in August 2007. I have maintained my paramedic certification continuously since first achieving it. During that time I have obtained/maintained certifications in PALS, ACLS, EMT-T, and PHTLS. In October of 2015 I began working part-time for the Western Area Volunteer Emergency Services in Onondaga County (WAVES Ambulance) and currently serve there as a paramedic.
