This is a senior-level position that involves managing project timelines, deliverables, and client relationships, as well as mentoring other project managers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare and project management, with a strong track record of success. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale technical projects that include client onboarding, multi-modal campaigns, website and software development, platform customizations, and more. You will be responsible for developing and managing complex project schedules, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, and managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Duties/Responsibilities: * Develop and manage complex project schedules, milestones, and deliverables * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as deemed necessary * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility with our capabilities * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques * Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders * Perform risk management to minimize project risks * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Meet with clients and stakeholders to clarify specific requirements for each project * Serve as a point of contact for teams when there are multiple workstreams * Motivate and support people and other PMs involved in projects to complete tasks on time * Schedule and facilitate status, review, and debrief meetings * Interface with clients on weekly calls and through email * Provide internal stakeholder communication and progress reports that effectively outline project status, risks, issues, and action plans to ensure project success * Organize client feedback at decision points and document client approval of final deliverables * Define and manage project risks while escalating issues as necessary * Build and maintain strong relationships with the project team and stakeholders. * Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations * Assist in SOW creation and process improvements Skills/Abilities/Experience: * Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies * Experience managing large and complex healthcare projects * Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive) * Experience using project management software * Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading project, product, and client teams * Experience with risk management, change management, and communications management Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 8+ Years of proven project management experience * PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred * Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent computer skills.
