Contribute to IP management, including patent and trademark evaluations and competitive monitoring Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, materials, FEA, and 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar). 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading engineering projects. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and train others effectively.
