Pres-i-dent and CEO Kevin McGee’s rela-tion-ship to Smith Senior Liv-ing dates to his col-lege days, when his grand-moth-er moved into Smith Vil-lage, for-mer-ly known as the Wash-ing-ton and Jane Smith Home. ​“Even as an active senior,” he says, ​“she under-stood the cen-tral role that being part of a vibrant com-mu-ni-ty plays for old-er peo-ple.
