The Credit Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and securing the growth of the Credit Markets business. This position serves as the operational and strategic bridge between Global Markets Operations, Global Banking Operations and Front Office. The coordinator ensures smooth onboarding of new business, manages client and internal requests, mitigates Operational Risks, and drives efficiency through process improvements and IT enhancements.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Function as a transversal liaison between Global Banking Operations, Global Market Operations and Front Office to ensure seamless coordination
Serve as the NPNA (New Product/New Activity) coordinator for onboarding new business within Operations
Act as the Ops point of contact for client and business requests
Identify, address and escalate Operational Risks incidents
Support and Oversee Billing activity
Help with budgeting and forecasting of staff resources to align with business growth and trading activity
Collaborate with IT to deliver enhancement projects that improve operational resilience and efficiency
Represent Operations as a member of the Credit biweekly IT task force, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs
Track and leverage the FO monitoring risk tool (BRICKS) for proactive risk detention
Support PnL reconciliation by investigating and resolving booking discrepancies by Global Banking Operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
Strong understanding of Credit and Loans products including ABS, CLO, Fund Finance, Syndication and Credit trading (Mandator)
5-8 years of experience in Credit Markets, Operations and/or Securitization, Including familiarity with underwritring, origination and syndication process for Loans, CDS and Bespoke Credit Products. Including Billing and Delivery activities.
Trafic and Summit knowledge a plus - Credit Bonds, loans, CDS trade capture and risk system knowledge, that may also include Summit, LoanIQ (Is trafic not an internal system only)
Familiariry with Clearpar and Loan IQ systems is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of mitigating Operational Risk
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Front office, clients and support functions
Covered Functions in regulated Broker Dealer, Series 99 required (can be obtained after hire)

The salary range for this Vice President position will be between $120,000 - $140,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. SUMMARY:

Submit completed modification request packages for decision and assist borrower with follow-up actions as appropriate. Serve as the first point of contact with the borrower throughout the Loss Mitigation process. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of mortgage loan servicing requirements and regulations including loss mitigation options. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations relating to collections and ensure that the Bank's policies and procedures are compliant with the same. Ensure adherence to stated timelines throughout the collection and loss mitigation process to ensure CFPB compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate outbound and receive inbound phone calls relating to the collection of delinquent accounts.
Reduce delinquency, prevent foreclosure, and minimize charge offs/charge downs on accounts assigned to your work queue through department business system (CARM Pro).
Determine reason for non-payment.
Skip Trace on accounts to locate customers for which you have not established phone contact to verify phone number, address, place of employment for the maker and co-maker(s) on the account.
Review all Bank systems as needed (FIS Intellect, Image Centre, etc.) to determine the scope of the customer relationships as well as facilitate in the collection of the account.
Prepare letters and correspondence to customers while maintaining compliance with CFPB requirements.
Negotiate payment arrangement with borrower(s).
Maintain detailed tracking log on all accounts as you work through the collection and loss mitigation process.
Process GL and Payment Tickets as applicable when payment is received.
Assist borrowers in understanding options available to avoid foreclosure including Short Sale, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, Forbearance Options and Modification.
Provide borrower with information about Loss Mitigation options available and actions borrower must take to be evaluated for those options as well as applicable Loss Mitigation deadlines.
Provide status updates on any Loss Mitigation application and the circumstances under which the Bank may refer a loan for foreclosure.
Review Loan Modification packet and supporting documents to determine if information is complete and assist borrower with follow-up as appropriate.
Submit completed Loss Mitigation packages for approval.
Adhere to stated timelines throughout the collection and Loss Mitigation process.
Verify "Proof of Insurance" for collateralized loans as needed.
Order appraisals when appropriate.

Institutes legal action if instructed by preparing required paperwork, filing complaints with District Justice and referring automobile accounts to the Asset Recovery Officer while complying with policies, procedures and regulations to recover Bank assets.

GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the review and accuracy of the HDMA loan data required to be collected and reported in accordance with the Bank and HMDA regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for accuracy and integrity of the data collected and reviewed that is reported on originated mortgage loans, as well as non-originated applications (denials, withdrawal, approved but not accepted applications).
Scrub and audit file loan data to uncover any systematic problems, discrepancies, or data integrity issues.
Perform second line reviews on Bank Purchase Loans.
Work with various mortgage operations team members as well as other areas of the Bank to correct data within the loan origination system (Empower) or on the LAR.
Identify commercial HMDA reportable loans; prepare manual HMDA LAR by working with various commercial lending units.
Report any potential concerns about non-compliance with HMDA regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly HMDA excel reports that will be submitted to the Compliance Department for LAR reporting.
Meet monthly deadline for HMDA data required on the Loan Application Register (LAR).
Perform other tasks which may be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College graduate with major in accounting or business preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years of mortgage lending and banking experience with good knowledge of lending regulations. Knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) is preferred.
Skills/Ability: Strong analytical and research skills; strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to adapt well to a fast paced and constantly changing business environment; PC proficient at the expert level; demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment; bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

The AccountsReceivableAccountant at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) is an integral team member of the Business Office. This position is responsible for accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. Creates financial transactions that include posting information to accounting journals, worksheets, and accounting software systems. The AccountsReceivableAccountant manages all aspects of accountsreceivable management, including but not limited to tuition and reconciling accounts.
Essential Responsibilities
Record revenue from all sources and provide accounting support .
Record and manage tuition and fee payment, collection and recording in the general ledger and FACTS (subledger)
Oversee enrollment of students including collection of tuition contracts, ensuring tuition accounts set up and collection and recording of registration fees.
Communicate with Admissions departments regarding the status of returning students during re-enrollment
Review annual enrollment contracts and adjustments for completeness and ensure accurate billing of all tuition related revenue.
Onboard new family tuition agreements and track tuition assistance grant awards
Parent contact for collections, billing issues and tuition and fees.
Apply annual payer discounts, tuition assistance and/or scholarships to FACTS accounts (subledger) and record in the general ledger.
Ensure that the school tuition delinquency policy is enforced and maintain tuition write offs to a minimum
Process, collect and record all incidental revenue in the GL for all school fees - summer school, athletics, enrichment camps, transportation etc.
Maintain donation, grant and pledge accounting and recording of revenues as restrictions are satisfied in accordance with GAAP
Complete aging and analysis reports monthly
Support tuition assistance process, preparing schedules, worksheets and recording in systems.
Assist with tuition assistance application review and awards
General Accounting
Record cash receipts including cash, checks, credit card and ACH.
Responsible for deferred tuition amortization entries and deferred tuition assistance in the GL
Prepares entries, daily bank activity including recording cash receipts, credit card deposits, wire transfer and ensuring coding is accurate and reconciles supporting documents.
Reconcile all credit card deposit activity to the bank statements, close to appropriate revenue account and post to the GL. Process all credit card refunds and issue transaction and reconciliation records.
Record cash, checks, tuition FACTS remittance, stock donations, ACH and wire transfers in the GL.
Coordinate with Advancement Office to ensure all gifts and pledges are accurately accounted for (restricted/ unrestricted gifts)
Assist with month end close with documentation and reconciliations
Assist with annual audit, including preparation of year end schedules, reconciliation and PBC list.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting as required.
Prepares and maintains records to ensure accounts are justified and reviews accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
Contributes and assists in maintaining internal controls to keep the accounting and financial processes of the school to comply with regulation, best practices and ensure accurate financial accounting.
Assists in projects and duties as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance from an accredited school/university
Minimum 3 years' experience: in accounting/finance
Non-Profit/Independent School industry experience preferable.
Experience in Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT strongly preferred.

The Late Stage Collections Specialist I will be responsible for counseling borrowers on methods for bringing their loan current and/or exploring alternative solutions. This level of Loan Counselor may need to escalate borrowers with loan workout or loan modification needs to a higher level Loan Counselor. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
This role is the first level of the Loan Counselor job family and incumbents generally perform work of low to moderate complexity. Incumbents are able to perform collections activities and may still be learning the loan workout functions performed by the Loan Counselor job family. The pay for this position is $21.50 per hour + monthly incentive, in addition of a pay differential of $1.50 per hour for being fully bilingual English/Spanish.
What you'll do:
Explains detailed mortgage loan information to borrowers including the HUD Waterfall, mortgage loan information and loan workout and modification options to borrowers.
Evaluates and helps determine the borrower's ability to pay, and collects appropriate financial information in a courteous and professional manner, striving for first-call resolution and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Counsels borrowers on their options through education of alternative solutions.
Contacts borrowers, utilizing an automated dialing system (Aspect Dialer) for both inbound and outbound calls and conducts manual outbound calls.
Provide alternatives to borrowers who demonstrate the ability and or inability to pay, by offering loan modifications, short sales, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, and/or possible refinancing.
Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements with borrowers, assembles and provides the required documents to complete a borrower “Request for Mortgage Assistance” package in compliance with department policies and procedures.
May function as the single point of contact for a borrower.
May need to escalate borrowers to a licensed Loss Mitigation associate for specific workout details.
Provide status on payments and payoff inquiries; review short sale requests; provide vendor information on Real Estate Owned (REO) properties; verify payment history and new servicer contact information; process payments.
Assist with loan servicing website payments, denied access, password resets.
Respond to escrow, loss draft and closing document inquiries.
Provide status on a wide variety of loan servicing functions including loss draft, short sale, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, modification/refinance requests, payment/credit disputes, escrow refunds, vendors for REO properties, repayment plans, and down payments on foreclosure pending mortgages.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Less than one (1) year collections experience in a customer service/call center environment and /or loan servicing experience.
Experience in the Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industries preferred.
Knowledge of or ability to learn requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Knowledge of relevant and industry-specific computer software packages.
Strong verbal communication skills - ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly.
Basic to Intermediate math skills (i.e., add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy).
