Position Summary
We're seeking an RN House Supervisor to ask as in-house administrator for our hospital-based team. Overseeing hospital policy and problem resolutions, you will serve as a both leader and resource in facilitating efficient operations throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
Current RegisteredNurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification or must become certified within 6 months of employment
Five (5) years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
Three (3) years management experience preferred
