Competitive pay and benefits.

The processes and procedures were outdated. The work environment was hostile. The opportunity to move up wasn't great, especially when the positions to move into required a lot of travel. The salespeople, project managers, and tech engineers would travel 2-3 weeks out of every month. There was a lot of high turnover internally when I worked there. The quality of our product went down due to lack of processes and the following policy. Customers had become very angry and would take it out on anyone in the company they could get ahold of.

The pay was all right.
