Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with overtime as needed Job Duties of the Lead Fabricator: Operate metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, punches, and drill presses, and CNC equipment to cut, bend, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal. Fit and join sheet metal parts using riveting, welding, soldering and similar equipment to fabricate products such as ventilation shafts, exhaust hoods, partition frames, dust collection piping, and material handling systems. Inspect product quality and 100% conformation to specifications. Lead and supervise a team of fabricators and welders in daily operations. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accuracy and quality in all work. Inspect finished products to verify measurements, tolerances, and compliance.
