POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time of adult experience/service
Greet parents cheerfully
Help check in children on computer system
Listen and write down parental instructions for child
Refuse to accept children unless one other caregiver is present
Care for child with high interaction and high observation
Facilitate in every way possible for child to experience the love of God
Teach or assist the teacher/leader with Bible story, craft, games, music, etc.
Fully engage and/or model the activity for the children with the teacher/leader
Pick up toys frequently. Put used toys in dirty bin for washing
Change diapers according to manual procedures- only if soiled or heavily saturated
Stay in the designated room with child/children unless given permission by director/associate
Release children to parent with receipt, informing them of childs experience.
Clean up room, used sheets, binders, turn off lights upon leaving
Be familiar with evacuation procedures
Abide by Christ Church protection policy
Respect Christ Church facility and space (no sitting on counters, running in halls, inappropriate language, etc.)
