Enrique J. Garcia is the CTO of the National Composites Centre. He previously worked at Gamesa Windpower as a Head of the Blades Department / Chief Engineer. Enrique J. Garcia attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

I have accumulated a wide range of composite engineering experiences working across various industry sectors over the 10+ years. Exposure to such a diverse range of industrial projects and collaborative developments have gifted me solid experience and understanding of present industry drivers and emerging future trends.

I am highly motivated in my role as Deputy Chief Engineer to identify and develop novel, enabling materials and innovative manufacturing processes and technologies to support our industrial customer demands.

Stephen McCartney is a Chief Solutions Architect at National Composites Centre and is based in Keynsham, Somerset, United Kingdom. He has worked as Senior Consultant at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP, Design & Build Lead at EY, and Test Lead at NPOWER. Stephen studied at UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL between 2002 and 2006 and John Mason School between 1995 and 2002.
