Job Description The Staff Cyber Systems Engineer will deliver and maintain large, complex Access Management Administration systems. The individual will leverage leading-edge technology to position the organization for success and serve as a senior technical expert responsible for the design & implementation of enterprise access management platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. * Support the design and development of Access Management solutions * Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using Azure Entra ID and PingFederate. * Work with an Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related issues, including authentication and authorization problems. * Develop engineering diagrams and technical reports via enhanced logging * Serve as key technical lead of the Access Management team and services * Work closely with access management engineers and architects to propose solutions and provide strategic technical input * Partner with Cyber teams * Participate in business process evaluation, improvement and requirement gathering. * Provide input and oversite with system implementations * Lead authentication projects for NBCUniversal and provide knowledgeable insights to engineering and project teams * Provide input and approvals for maintenance activities and upgrades * Ability to handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision * Design, Develop and maintain Standard Operating Processes and Procedures for Access Management * Leverage scripting and/or coding skills to automate processes * Establish and report actionable and meaningful metrics * Provide Executive level presentations on authentication or new technologies Qualifications Basic Requirements: * 8+ years of experience at the Engineer / Sr Engineer level implementing enterprise Access Management solutions specific to technologies including Azure Entra ID, PingFederate, and MFA. * 5+ years' project management experience leading technical initiatives. * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field * Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IDM), Single Sign On (SSO), and security concepts. * Advanced-level knowledge of Azure, PingFederate, and MFA (DUO and MS Authenticator). * Expert knowledge of Authentication policy and integration on Azure Entra ID and Ping Federate * Expert knowledge of authentication with hands-on implementation experience with SAML, OAuth, MFA, OpenID and Kerberos, LDAP, and RADIUS * Solid understanding of Cloud Identity Security and Concepts * Solid understanding of Entra CA policies that pertain to authentication * Demonstrated experience with Identity Management User platforms - SAML, LDAP, SCIM, Directory, PingFederate, Active Directory, CA SiteMinder. * Demonstrate an understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes. * Demonstrated Web development experience with JAVA, REST API, and JSON. * Good Knowledge of SIEM tools like Splunk and how to run the reports, set up alerts, etc. * Expertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving, and design thinking * Ability to understand requirements from customers and build a robust SSO solution * Ability to decipher complex designs and explain them at the Executive level Desired Characteristics: * Broad experience in application security and development, infrastructure management, or related fields in addition to experience in Security technologies. * 3+ years' experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation. * Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience, and/or industry activities. * Demonstrate staff-level expertise in new technologies and approaches * Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience working with vendors to carry out proof of concepts and design discussions. * Experience presenting solutions and research to stakeholders. The role bridges the gap between development engineering and field service, ensuring products are designed and delivered with optimal serviceability and support infrastructure to enable successful deployment and maintenance in high-volume fab environments. The engineer will gain product expertise across multiple inspection and metrology systems using a wide range of optical technologies, participate in the manufacturing pilot line with an emphasis on serviceability, develop and qualify service documentation, and deliver early training to field service, installation, and training teams. Travel is required (up to and exceeding 50%) to support product development at remote sites, early customer engagements, and high-level field escalations. Key Responsibilities: Service Readiness Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Field Service, etc.) to define and communicate service requirements early in the product lifecycle. Influence product design to optimize field serviceability, diagnostics, and maintainability. Develop and execute a comprehensive service readiness plan aligned with product launch timelines.
