Steve currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer for Lifelong Learner Holdings & PSI Services LLC, a Waud Capital Private Equity backed business, based in Glendale, CA. Steve Tapp is an experienced executive who specializes in the assessment and education markets. He joined as President and CEO in 2008 and has overseen a period of rapid growth and evolution for the organization. Today, PSI is a leading global solution provider for the Qualification, Selection, Development and Career Management of Individuals. It has offices across North America and Europe, over 2000 dedicated employees, develops and manages market leading assessment content and has multi-modal content delivery capabilities. Steve has successfully delivered on organic growth targets balanced with the successful acquisition and integration of several companies that were highly complementary to the strategic vision for Lifelong Learner & PSI. Prior to joining PSI, Steve was a key executive with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the leading US-based educational publisher. He held several positions including Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy, President of Great Source, the supplemental educational publishing division and President at Promissor, the Houghton Mifflin Assessment business that was sold to Pearson in January 2006.
