Pierre Ferrari joined Heifer International in 2010 with more than 40 years of business experience. He worked for many years at Coca-Cola USA, before deciding in 1995 to focus his energy and business acumen on social issues. Ferrari is a former chair and current board member of Ben and Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream and a former board member of the Small Enterprise Assistance Fund. He received a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master's of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Victor R. Carter-Bey is an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record of delivering industry leading results and driving significant revenue growth and optimal service throughout the world. Experienced in leading global businesses and product/service/commercial launches, Dr. Carter-Bey has expertise in strategy development and execution and is a leader and developer of people. He is also the author of a doctoral dissertation that demonstrates how customer loyalty is no longer the objective and why organizations such as professional associations should use socio-psychological based theories of management to convert customers and members from loyalists to brand ambassadors, activists and volunteers.
