Support instructional delivery, lab oversight, and competency assessments as required. + **Overall Service & Business Performance** + Analyze InTouch cases to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes across processes, hardware, software, and logistics. Key Daily Tasks: Examine and evaluate electronic equipment using diagnostic tools. Report equipment failures and create corresponding work orders. Interact with internal teams to pinpoint existing equipment problems. Assist in the installation and setup of technology services. Ensure the highest quality of equipment and circuit installations. Complete all daily required tasks at assigned network locations.
