A Systems Engineer designs, integrates, maintains, and upgrades complex systems (hardware, software, and networks) to meet organizational needs, ensuring efficient and stable operation. Key duties include user requirements analysis, system design and testing, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, monitoring, automation, and implementing security measures. They act as digital architects, overseeing systems throughout their lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and ensuring they work together effectively to achieve business objectives. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within essential job requirements. 2. Applied experience with VMware. 3. Applied experience as Systems Engineer to include Windows server and Office 365. 4. Applied experience with programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, C/C++, and Java. 5. Knowledge of and experience with information technologies that support routers, switches, firewalls, VOIP phone platforms, and other datacenter equipment. Knowledge of and experience with PRI, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN and other communication protocols. 6. Familiarity with data centers, basic cabling, tracing, installation of rack mounted equipment.
