Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education, or a related field. * Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with Degree Works, including scribing and system administration. * Experience with Ellucian Degree Works implementation or deployment. * Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Banner) and CRM platforms. * Working knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools (preferred). * Experience with cloud-based systems and data integrations (preferred). * Ability to understand programming logic or languages (preferred). * Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * Commitment to customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement. * Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during system upgrades or audits.
