Prior Customer Service experience required, with proven success in building and maintaining positive working relationships. Experience working with computer systems with proficient use of database and other office system programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong oral and written communication skills a must, as are attention to detail and organizational skills. This position is located in Cary, NC with hybrid remote-working privileges.
