Partnership Strategy & Activation Develop customized, integrated sponsorship proposals utilizing traditional and non-traditional marketing channels (signage, digital, social, promotions, fan engagement, B2B, on-site activations, etc.). Build creative marketing solutions that align partner objectives with the FHSAA mission and student-athlete experience. Collaborate with internal partnership, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of all contractual assets. Oversee activation planning and fulfillment at select FHSAA state championship events and major initiatives. Manage timelines, inventory, and seasonal deadlines to ensure all partnership elements are delivered accurately and on time. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, FHSAA leadership and staff, vendors, and internal TPG teams. Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnership value. Represent TPG and FHSAA at events, meetings, and game-day activations in a professional, collaborative manner.     Job Title: Cognos SDK Developer Duration: 3 Months with Potential for Extension. · Candidate will work hands-on with the University's team to do batch automation and report development using IBM Cognos 11 SDK and Report Authoring Tools. · Provide guidance and design advice on the same activities (regarding Student data mart construction) performed with other clients. · Provide documentation of work conducted and best practices for future reference. PROJECT SCOPE: · Validate University's planning assumptions and existing COMPASS model best practices. · COMPASS Data Marts and Framework Manager Model specs - Assist with modifications to existing data mart models/packages and help deploy new models/packages. Developing Admissions, Services Indicators and Course Meeting Pattern data marts at this point. · Assistance with colleges on accreditation and individual/custom reporting requirements and development - Meet with various colleges and review data needs for their accreditation process, create reporting specs that can be used to assist in data mart design or augmentation. · Review, discuss and mentor staff on Framework Manager DMR uses and best practices. · Assist with conversion of Cognos 10 SDK (windows-based implementation) to Cognos 11 (Linux-based implementation) and upgrade of associated code. · Assist with development on existing report specs remaining from Sierra-Cedar as-needed but not primary focus. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE FOR REPORT AUTHORING: · Very strong and hands-on experience in Cognos SDK where SDK is heavily used batched based automations in reporting platform. · Ability to go through custom SDK codes in 10.2 platform and making sure that they are compatible in Cognos Analytics v11 platform. · Working very closely with business users to honor their wish-list that can be served by using Cognos SDK Strong hands-on experience using SDK in Cognos report automation and distribution as well as change management deployment area. · Strong hands-on experience in blending Cognos capabilities other in-house grown / custom applications.
