    Nittany Energy is looking for individuals to fill positions at our Nittany MinitMart locations. We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time and Overnight positions! Our Full Time Sales Associate is responsible for providing 100% customer satisfaction, ability to operate all equipment within their location, collecting money of all sales, responsible to prepare all food service items, to clean all aspects of their location, controlling inventory by doing price changes and write offs, and controlling cash by ringing proper prices of merchandise into the cash register and using NLU department keys. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Service Greeting, offering to assist, count change due, and thanking each customer. Suggestive selling all merchandise within the store. Fulfilling any request made by the customer, 100% guarantee. Responsible For Fast Food Operations (Deli Locations) Preparing all sandwiches, hoagies, and salads according to recipe (hot or cold). Preparing all hot food items pertaining to the roller grill and steam table according to recipe. Fulfilling any special request made by the customer. Equipment Operation Responsible for total operation of the cash register. Responsible for total operation of money order machine, video computers, lottery machines, and all equipment pertaining to the sale of gasoline. Responsible for total operation of all deli and fast food equipment. Secondary Responsibilities: Housekeeping Sweeping and mopping of all floors within the store, and sweeping parking lot on a daily basis. Cleaning and sanitation of all equipment inside and out of each location Cleaning and facing shelves, coolers, displays, and counter areas. Emptying of all store garbage cans, inside and outside. Cleaning of all doors and windows on a daily basis. Cleaning of restrooms and eating area. Stocking And Pricing Stocking of all shelves, coolers, displays, supplies, deli items, and cigarettes, which will include lifting objects weighing 10 lbs. or more on a frequent basis. Pricing of all store retail items.
