Demonstrates the knowledge of policies and procedures for restraints/seclusions. Verbalizes understanding of admission criteria and care for clients in various BHS programs. Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI is seeking a REGISTERED NURSE to join our ICU Float Pool Team. This position would Float between the ICU in Howard Young and Rhinelander. The Registered Nurse is a professional who assumes the responsibility and accountability for the provision of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care provided that incorporates evidence-based practice. A key aspect of the work of Nursing is to continually improve the quality of nursing care by collecting and analyzing data. HOURS: Full time or 0.9 FTE, 72 hours every pay period. Varied shifts. Every other weekend. DIFFERENTAL PAY $10.00/HR over base pay. This position may qualify for a Sign On Bonus! Experience/Qualifications * Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. * Maintains education and specialty certification requirements specific to the department scope of service. * Previous experience beneficial. * Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license. * Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.
