Patrick Atkinson earned BA in Criminal Justice (pre-law) and BSW in Social Work (chemical dependency counseling) from Minnesota State University – Moorhead, a Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University, and post-graduate studies at Harvard University and the University of Oxford, England.
