We are seeking a Global Cost Control and Compliance Program Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's financial compliance and reporting on a global scale. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cost process compliance while providing global reporting across all global business units.

Key job responsibilities
1. Prepare and present comprehensive reports that bridge data and justify observed patterns to senior management on cost control and compliance program effectiveness.
2. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Partner with training leads and stakeholders to ensure cost control process compliance. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of cost control and compliance measures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) plants
- 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering cross functional projects experience and experience implementing large scale reporting and driving iterative project cost improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in utilizing data visualization tools including Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI to drive adherence to project controls processes and reporting to directors and leaders.
- 5+ years of experience with financial forecasting and analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA, Masters degree, project and/or portfolio management accreditation, such as PMP, Prince2

You will lead accounting research and operational analysis with a primary focus on M&A, strategic equity and debt investments, new accounting and reporting standards, and other special projects.
