I am the current President & CEO of Bethany Christian Services with more than twenty three years of international relief, development, government relations and fundraising experience. In my current role at Bethany, I have the honor to lead an organization which is in 35 States and 8 countries and has 1700 plus staff serving children and families. I report to a Corporate board and work with local State boards. I have helped set the strategic vision for the organization along with being the voice for the organization by speaking to the public, media and members of Congress. I have also served in senior leadership positions all over the globe with leading project and program management positions in humanitarian and development organizations, including World Vision, CARE and MAP International.

Jocelynne Rainey Ed.D. is a Chief Executive Officer at Getting Out and Staying Out and Adjunct Professor, Human Resources at Teachers College Columbia University and is based in New, York. She has worked as Director of Human Resources at Independent Living Association Inc., Chief Administrative Officer & Executive Vice President at Brooklyn Navy Yard, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Boar s Head. Jocelynne studied at St. John Fisher College until 2018, Metropolitan College of New York between 1996 and 1997, and Southern Connecticut State University between 1985 and 1989.
