Key Responsibilities: * Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Manage laundry services, including assisting residents with washing, drying, and folding. * Ensure all cleaning supplies and laundry materials are stocked and organized. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Assist in maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. * Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
