Dave Marron is a Vice President, Global Business Development at NuCompass Mobility Services Inc.; SVP, Client Relationships at NuCompass Mobility Services Inc.; and Vice President, Sales and Marketing at NuCompass Mobility Services Inc. and is based in San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked as Co-founder and CEO at Sphere Builder; Board of Directors, Communications Chair at Bay Area Mobility Management; and VP Sales at ZIPREALTY INC. Dave attended Haas School of Business University of California Berkeley between 1999 and 2001, Fairfield College Preparatory School between 1982 and 1986, and Boston University between 1986 and 1990.

Serena is COO, where she is responsible for global operations, supplier management, implementation, customer care, cost estimating, and other business functions. Serena also serves as general counsel, drawing on her 13 years of practicing real estate litigation. Away from the office, Serena enjoys spending time with her husband, two little boys, and family dog.

As Chief Technology Officer, Elise designs and implements technology solutions that support all facets of relocation services delivery. She takes particular interest in building state-of-the-art tools that empower employees to relocate as efficiently as possible. Elise has over 20 years of IT development experience in the mobility industry. She enjoys running, biking, and swimming in the great outdoors.
