Prior to 2004, Subodh Kulkarni held various research management positions with 3M Corporation, and prior to that, with IBM. Subodh Kulkarni received his B.S. in chemical engineering (first in his class) from IIT—Bombay, India, and went on to obtain a master’s degree and a PhD in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with thesis work on disilane surface decomposition—used in the manufacture of semiconductors.
