Administer psychiatric rating scales and provide guidance to patients on completing them accurately. Maintain accurate schedules, patient demographics, and insurance information. Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays from patients. Manage multiple phone lines and respond to email inquiries from current and prospective patients promptly. Scan medical documents and ensure the integrity of records in Electronic Medical Records software.
