Reset picking lines to coordinate with corporate schematics, on a seasonal basis. Oversee the initial set up of fairs for daily deliveries to include accountability of all fair support materials. Emphasis on quality assurance of all outgoing products. Monitor inventory levels and inform management of status, avoiding out-of-stock situations. Assist with physical inventory counts, open houses and warehouse sales. Monitor sell rate of product to reduce out of stock shortages and recommend supplemental title replacements. The Distribution Supervisor performs under the direction of the Distribution Director and oversees the daily distribution operation of the Orange Depot and could include other locations, including Stamford and Danbury. Recruit, adequately train and manage carriers to assure every possible chance of success. MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Must be in generally good physical condition. Candidate should be free of leg and back medical conditions. Must be able to lift 40 lbs., Must be able to bend and stoop to lift bundles.
