Prior to his current role, Clem served as Chief Operating Officer of NexTier Bank and Farmers & Merchants Bank and was the CFO of Farmers National Bank. Clem also served as an internal auditor for S.R. Snodgrass while earning his CPA designation. Clem is a graduate of the American Banker Association’s National and Graduate Commercial Lending Schools. Commitment to God has led Clem to serve as deacon of education in his home congregation at Kittanning Church of Christ taking charge of various activities such vacation bible school and Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes program.
