With 1989 and a parish of over 950 families came the realization that seating limitations at the Masses prevented some parishioners from being active participants in the liturgies.

He arrived at OLG just in time to celebrate its 25th Anniversary in October 1992; Bishop Pilla was principal celebrant at the liturgy, and a gala reception followed in the social hall.
In 1992, after 25 years at the rectory, the parish offices were relocated to the parish center.
By 1994, the partitioned worship space no longer provided sufficient seating for an increasing population.
In the years following the 1994 renovation, OLG became vividly aware of its need for a large space for social events.
On Line Design & Engineering begin to swap out Drawing Boards in favour of PC’s and AutoCAD. The final drawing boards were retired in 1997.
Our Lady of Grace completed a new addition to the school in 1999, and continued its growth with the addition of a new library annex, updated office space in the school, and an elevator.
Lehane departed the parish, in January 2000,the need for additional space was dire.
Bishop Martin J. Amos dedicated this addition on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe 2001.
In June 2006 a new chapter began in the history of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish with the arrival of diocesan priests.
On the feast day of our patroness, 12th December 2008, our parish celebrated its re-dedication mass for the completion of the much needed remodel.
As part of a successful "Honoring Our Past, Building Our Future Capital Campaign" in 2009, the parish was able to update our worship spaces, Commons, and dining room; and install a new sound system, sprinkler system, and security system.
January 2012 marked the merger of the St Louis Park parish of Most Holy Trinity into the church of Our Lady of Grace.
On August 9, 2020, Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller installed Father Scott Janysek as pastor, Father Scott having previously served as pastor of St Jerome Catholic Church in San Antonio.
In the summer of 2020, Our Lady of Guadalupe experienced a changing of the guard.
In the summer of 2021, Archbishop Gustavo re-assigned Father Ricardo to serve as Parish Administrator of St Ann Catholic Church in San Antonio.
