Compensation:
$119,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
As a Rise Group RealEstate Salesperson, you will:
Engage and convert inbound leads from Zillow, Ylopo, and in-house sources.
Conduct buyer and seller consultations, show appointments, and open houses.
Build and maintain client relationships through Follow Up Boss CRM.
Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and communicate proactively with clients and vendors.
Participate in team meetings, skill sessions, and accountability check-ins.
Collaborate with the media and operations team for listings, marketing, and branding.
Follow Rise Group's proven systems and processes to ensure consistent production.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid RealEstate License
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
An established track record of successful realestate sales
Sufficient knowledge of the local realestate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What You'll Do
We're excited to be adding a RealEstate Associate to our organization! This is an engaging and rewarding opportunity that plays an integral role within the organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with our participants and contributing to the fight against homelessness. The RealEstate Associate will report directly to the RealEstate Manager and be part of the Housing Solutions team. This individual will conduct regular rental market analysis to stay abreast of industry changes to accommodate families' needs. This position will perform outreach to owners and property management companies, maintaining a vast database of housing units, while providing support on repairs and mediation after families are housed.
What Your Day Looks Like
Build and maintain partnerships with property owners, landlord groups, and housing associations to secure housing opportunities
Collaborate with Case Managers to support housing placement, resolve conflicts, and ensure housing retention for clients
Source and secure housing units, negotiating rent, deposits, and other terms
Match families with housing that meets their needs, considering potential barriers
Oversee the housing placement process, from Intent to Rent through move-in
Provide housing location services for external contracts, from intake through aftercare
Conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspections to ensure unit safety and compliance
Verify property owner information and research public records for New Vendor Packets
Educate landlords on fair housing laws and ensure lease compliance
Track available housing units in Salesforce
Serve as a resource for research, data, and special projects
Resolve landlord issues and maintain positive relationships in coordination with Housing Services
Negotiate move-in/move-out terms and conduct inspections, preserving landlord relationships
Promote healthy landlord-tenant relationships
Create and maintain resource guides on local housing markets, tenant rights, and financial advice
Prepare and deliver housing market presentations and tenant education workshops
Maintain accurate records and reports in a timely manner

The Master of RealEstate Development Program in the Department of Urban Planning at UCLA invites applications for a pool of qualified instructors to teach studio and non-studio courses for the Master of RealEstate Development (MRED) program in the following areas: realestate finance, development, law, and professional practice, architcture, construction, economics + market analysis, and equitable + sustainable development should an opening arise.
Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from quarter to quarter (fall, winter, and spring), depending upon the needs of MRED program.
