The role assists with the orientation and training of lower-level employees, sharing knowledge and expertise on pipeline operations and maintenance, and maintains a field-wide contact role for pipeline operations. • Leads activities based on maintenance plans, closely monitors and examines digging and boring near pipelines, equipment repairs, and line crossing inspections to ensure pipeline integrity, safety, and reliability. Uses predictive maintenance tools to proactively reduce unscheduled downtime and prepares necessary records and reports. • Ensures any equipment changes are provided to the master data team so as to keep records accurate and keep pipeline map data current with GIS, ensuring accuracy in mapping systems. • Leads periodic visual inspections of lines to identify and address any anomalies or potential maintenance needs, maintains the pigging schedule, and monitors pigging activities for pipeline integrity. • Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, with strong support from the OKC staff. Leads line operation in compliance with all regulatory permits or Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, maintaining adherence to industry standards. • Provides timely emergency events information to the technical services foreman, contributing to effective emergency response efforts. Cooperates with emergency teams to anticipate and deal with any hazardous and/or unusual situations. • Drives real-time surveillance monitoring of pipeline systems including pressures, volumes, and overall system balances and daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities on a regular basis to ensure optimal pipeline performance and identify potential issues. Represents the company in delivery of materials necessary for pipeline operations and maintenance, including coordinating to schedule deliveries, verifying accuracy and quality of materials upon receipt, and distribution to appropriate locations within pipeline network. • Collaborates with chemical tech to maintain internal pipeline protection and with engineering teams to implement pipeline upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency, oversee measures for external pipeline protection, and works collaboratively with production staff to troubleshoot areas of concern related to restrictions and obstructions, addressing operational issues promptly. • Works under general supervision to perform complex departmental tasks related to pipeline operations and maintenance, including developing and implementing SOPs, conducting regular safety audits and inspections of pipeline facilities, contributing to efficient maintenance operations, and ensuring safety protocols. • Assists with the orientation and training of lower-level employees, sharing knowledge and expertise on pipeline operations and maintenance to support their professional development. • Maintains a field-wide contact role for pipeline maintenance and operations, serving as a point of communication for all personnel during emergencies or significant occurrences, ensuring effective response and coordination. • Promotes a safe work environment and actively support and participate in the company's Safety Awareness For Everyone (SAFE) program, encouraging a culture of safety among the team. Possesses the right and obligation to stop work in unsafe conditions, contributing to a safe and secure working environment for all personnel. Education: • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) is required. Experience: • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Pipeline Inspections, Operations, and Maintenance or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
