    You will raise your industry profile while selling solutions based on leading Oracle Hospitality cloud, software and hardware technology and services, enabling our hotel customers to deliver exceptional guest service and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of field sales or sales management experience, ideally in hospitality software solutions. We are looking for new business sales capable of expanding the portfolio of an existing Strategic Account base in competitive settings and who have a track record of achieving and exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets. Strong sales candidates with deep experience in resort, hotel or restaurant operations, IT or finance are also encouraged to apply. Specific experience with Oracle Hospitality products such as Opera Property Management and Simphony Point of Sale, or experience with products from other technology suppliers in our industry, is a plus. Knowledge of the payment industry is valued. A basic understanding of computer industry technology and terminology, such as Cloud, operating systems, applications, database, networking, hardware, consulting and support, is helpful in this position. Successful candidates develop strong relationships up to the C-Level Executive Suite within a Strategic Account portfolio, ensuring mutual partnership throughout the relationship. You will develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of our offering. Lead our team in the development, presentation and delivery of the value proposition. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Work with Oracle Hospitality consulting, support and partners to ensure seamless hand-off and delivery of the project. The candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to learn complex systems and processes quickly. You will be comfortable working in a large technology organization.
