Jason joined the mining industry in 1995 and holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering and Physics. A registered professional engineer he brings over 23 years of global, multi-commodity, operating leadership experience.Starting with Inco Limited in 1995 he held roles in ventilation, ground control, geology, and surveying. To gain a global multi-commodity perspective he spent four years working for McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including; CVRD, Rio Tinto, Barrick, Freeport McMoran, and Falconbridge among others. After re-joining Vale, Jason has spent ten years gaining operational and engineering experience. He has held positions of increasing responsibility up to General Manager Labrador Operations (Voisey's Bay) for Vale.As the Chief Operating Officer for Torex Gold Resources he led the construction and operation of the Morelos Gold Project (ELG Mine) in Southwestern Mexico.Now as the Chief Executive Officer of Orla Mining Limited will build a new gold company creating value through the exploration and development of prospective mining assets. Specialties: Underground and Open Pit Mining/Milling; operations, engineering, financial, and leadership experience.

Andrew Cormier has 20 years of experience in the mining industry, begining his career as Mill Metallurgist for Cambior Limited at Omai Gold Mines. He also worked for Noranda Incorporated at the Hemlo Gold Mine and Brunswick Mine, for Barrick Gold Corporation at the Holt-McDermott Mine, and at SNC-Lavalin, where he was involved in preparing scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, as well as EPCM projects. Immediately prior to joining Alamos in 2013, Cormier held the position of Project Manager at Aurico Gold, where he advanced the Young-Davidson mine from the pre-feasibility stage to commercial production and was responsible for all project execution deliverables. Cormier graduated with a B.Eng. degree in Extractive Metallurgical Engineering from Laurentian University and received a Diploma in Technology, Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick.

Etienne Morin is a Chief Financial Officer at Orla Mining Ltd and is based in Vancouver Canada Area. He has worked as Director Corporate Development at GOLDCORP INC; Dir:Business Planning & Financial Evaluations at GOLDCORP INC; and Manager, Corporate Development at GOLDCORP INC. Etienne attended Colgate University between 1999 and 2002 and uOttawa between 2005 and 2006.

A Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Prefontaine graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta and a M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University. Most recently Marc served as President and CEO of Grayd Resource Corporation. During his eight years as CEO of Grayd, Mr. Prefontaine assembled the land package in Mexico that ultimately became the La India Project. He and his geological team made two gold discoveries. During his tenure Grayd grew from a small exploration company with a market capitalization of $5 million to a successful development-stage company culminating with its 2011 acquisition by Agnico Eagle Mines for $275 million. Agnico built the mine and achieved commercial production within two years of the acquisition. Prior to Grayd, Marc spent his career living and working internationally for Teck Resources, Hunter Dickinson, Northair Group and Lac Minerals. He ran exploration projects and offices throughout North America, South America, Southern Africa, Asia and Central Asia.
