Formal training and certification in Lymphedema Therapy required (CLT or equivalent). Licensure/Certification Maintains current Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida (temporary permit acceptable). Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification. Experience Lymphedema therapy experience required.
