Assists with discharge planning, including a written discharge summary and obtaining referral sources and necessary support systems once the client is discharged. Preforms other activities and appropriate responsibilities as requested by the Clinical Director or Executive Director. What We're Seeking Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Position requires a minimum of one (2) years' experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with mental health and substance use disorders, strongly preferred. Doctoral level preferred (License not required) Master's Level - Full licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) Other Requirements Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record. Advocacy - advocates for the needs and interest of clients and families to promotes clinical excellence through improved outcomes, access to care, and service delivery. Participates in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client outcomes and strengthening clinical service delivery.
