Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Electrical Superintendent to join our growing team and lead field operations from the ground up. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role on large construction sites, managing all aspects of field electrical operations. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage on-site electrical field crews and subcontractors
· Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materials
· Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, safety regulations, and local codes
· Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and resolve field issues
· Provide daily/weekly progress reports and input for look-ahead schedules
· Monitor quality control and perform regular site inspections
· Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices to support workforce development
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale new construction projects
· Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and industry standards
· Proven track record managing field crews on commercial, multifamily, school, or federal projects
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· OSHA 30 Certification Required

Track record of completing multi million-dollar commercial electrical construction projects at or below budget within established time frame, contract scope and specification.
Established recent work history as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.
Possess in-depth knowledge of NEC, local building codes, industry standards and jobsite safety requirements.
Knowledgeable with the operation of tools and equipment on the job including but not limited to wire tugger, conduit benders, lifts, KO sets, backhoes, trencher, mini-excavators and generators.
Effectively interacts and communicates professionally with management, support staff, field personnel, trade contractors, vendors, and clients.
Flexibility to work hours required to maintain project schedule based on the scope of work which at times may include working long hours or weekends.
Evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop and implement solutions.
Be prepared to work with tools on an as needed basis
Must be able to bring projects in at or below labor budget.
AHCA experience a PLUS
Master Electrician License required
30 Hour OSHA Certification required
CPR/First Aid preferred
