Douglas I. Ostrover is a Co‐Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Owl Rock Capital Partners, the Co‐Chief Investment Officer of Owl Rock Capital Advisors, and is a member of the Advisors’ Investment Committee. Prior to founding Owl Rock, Mr. Ostrover was one of the founders of GSO Capital Partners, Blackstone’s alternative credit platform, and a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone until 2015. Prior to co‐founding GSO in 2005, Mr. Ostrover was a Managing Director and Chairman of the Leveraged Finance Group of CSFB. Prior to his role as Chairman, Mr. Ostrover was Global Co‐Head of CSFB’s Leveraged Finance Group, during which time he was responsible for all of CSFB’s origination, distribution and trading activities relating to high yield securities, leveraged loans, high yield credit derivatives and distressed securities. Mr. Ostrover was a member of CSFB’s Management Council and the Fixed Income Operating Committee. Mr. Ostrover joined CSFB in November 2000 when CSFB acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”), where he was a Managing Director in charge of High Yield and Distressed Sales, Trading and Research. Mr. Ostrover had been a member of DLJ’s High Yield team since he joined the firm in 1992. Mr. Ostrover received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business. Presently, Mr. Ostrover also serves on the Board of Directors of the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

Marc Lipschultz is the president and co-chief investment officer of alternative asset management firm Owl Rock Capital.

Lipschultz earned his undergraduate degree in economics with honors and distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford in 1991 and his MBA from Harvard in 1995. He shared a 1991 Firestone Medal for his undergraduate research work in economics.

Prior to co-founding Owl Rock in 2016, he served in several roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., including as a member of the management committee and the global head of energy and infrastructure. Prior to joining KKR in 1995, he worked at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and principal investment activities.

At Stanford, Lipschultz serves as co-chair of the LEAD Council, a member of the Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Advisory Council, co-chair of LEAD NYC and co-founder and chair of Stanford Professionals in Investing and Finance alumni group. He was co-chair of his 15th, 20th and 25th undergraduate reunions, a member of the Campaign for Undergraduate Education Major Gifts Committee and recently a member of the Campaign Planning Task Force.

Junot Foradada is the Chief Accounting Officer of Blue Owl and is responsible for the global accounting and financial reporting functions for the firm. Prior to joining Blue Owl, Junot was a Managing Director and Head of Management Company Accounting at Sculptor Capital from 2007 to 2021. Prior to that, Junot was a Manager at MetLife from 2001 to 2007. Junot received a BS in Accounting from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
