Pay Range: $16.25- $26.50 Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Assists in training, scheduling and inventory control within food court operation to promote optimal opportunity for sales. Oversees staff and ensures that all corporate and state sanitation regulations are adhered to at all times. May assist with cooking large quantities of food which are supplied to the finishing cooks throughout the food court area. Has a formal knowledge of recipes and cooking styles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request.
Responsible for sampling and suggestive selling. End each customer transaction with a “Thank Youâ€.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the food court area to include training, scheduling and inventory control.
Assist with preparing and cooking mass levels of food to be provided to finishing cooks according to required food quantities.
Require a thorough knowledge/understanding of recipes and ingredient formulas which supply food court areas.
Ensure that all associates adhere to all company and state policies and procedures regarding sanitation.
Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
Maintain Cold case logs, hot food logs and cooling logs consistent with store policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives. Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills. Basic Literacy Basic Computer Skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Degree or equivalent. 6-12 months of related experience.

Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Health Clinician works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services in the Child/Adolescent outpatient partial hospitalization program (PHP). Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline's professional code of ethics. Assumes leadership responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership. May assume clinical oversight of daily operations in the absence of Program Manager.
Key responsibilities of Lead Behavioral Health Clinician:
Conducts a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and establishes a care plan, as appropriate.

Ensure a safe, secure environment which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of Veteran Residents.
In tandem with the Director of Operations, ensure the onboarding and training of new employees.
Coordinate transportation as requested and required.
Document, attend, and supervise medical, fire or police incidents and events; provide emergent mediation as required.
Initiate daily bed checks and census, as appropriate.
Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness of the transitional housing areas and the general facility.
Properly document all administrative information and ensure the highest standard of Veteran confidentiality is maintained.
Enforce all safety regulations and immediately address any safety hazards.
Keep the Director of Operations informed of all pertinent occurrences.
Ensure safety, fire and security tours are performed on a regular basis.
Attend to the needs of all those who frequent or telephone the Center, a model of
“Respect,
Excellence, Partnership”

Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Self-motivated leader with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
Able to handle multiple complex tasks and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills (oral, written and presentation) needed to interact with all levels of internal personnel and external entities including management, visitors, employees and Veterans.
Strong analytical and investigative skills and being able to resolve Veteran conflicts.
High School Diploma or Equivalency.
CPR certified and CPI training are preferred.
Customer service experience required.
