The majority of our calls consist of taking donations for PBS and NPR stations; however, we also have additional project types as well. Donation calls are similar to taking orders over the phone with the exception of the terminology involved. During contact with the patient, they ensure expectations are clear, and all necessary paperwork is received and completed in a timely manner.
