Spiro Katerinis serves as chief technology officer at Paragon Biosciences. He provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust and secure environment at Paragon, as well as advisory services to Paragon’s portfolio companies.

Spiro Katerinis has more than 20 years of experience in technology. In addition to his role as chief technology officer, Mr. Katerinis is responsible for acquiring and building out office and lab space for Paragon and its portfolio companies. He also serves as a senior advisor, assisting with strategic communication activities for Paragon. Prior to joining Paragon, he was vice president of information technology at Marathon Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Katerinis previously led U.S. technology at Lundbeck and held multiple technology roles at Astellas. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from DePaul University.
