Description Overview:The Operations Site Lead is responsible for assisting in oversight of the operations. They will act as the liaison between Transdev Management and Transdev employees. They are responsible for oversight of daily tasks by the Fleet Deployment Specialists, Site Coordinators, and Driverless Roadside Assistance Specialists to ensure efficient delivery of the missions requested by our Clients. The Site Lead is responsible for assisting in creating the weekly schedule, documenting issues, escalating appropriately, and upholding all company policies. Operations Site Leads are expected to also provide clear, concise, professional, and accurate feedback to direct reports.Transdev is proud to offer a competitive compensation package of minimum $54,080 - maximum $66,560Benefits include:

Operate and Maintain Transdev's high standard of safety
Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously always with management, clients, engineers, and the public
Ensures that delays in service are recorded and communicated. In addition, make sure all accidents or breakdowns are handled appropriately
Responds to system emergencies; investigates and completes accident reports, incidents, safety escalations, and customer complaints; including post-accident drug and alcohol testing according to policy
Monitors and records employee absence and tardiness
Conducts applicable shifts pre-brief and debrief meetings, communicating announcements to the team
Support the operations leadership team in daily operations management of dispatch, including mission assignment, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates. Informs other management personnel regarding operational/personnel problems as appropriate and offer ideas towards resolution
Ensures compliance throughout the division to global process standards and works on continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain high degree of confidentiality of all information
Application of policies, procedures, and standards throughout includes taking personal responsibility for the safety of self and others
Ensuring timely shift start and efficient vehicle deployment
Responsible for covering any day to day operational needs in case of call outs or staff shortage
Ensure the Transdev managed fleet of vehicles remain operational by being responsible for day-to-day maintenance, procuring supplies, and maintaining relationships with third party vendors.

Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone

Job Purpose:
The Team Lead is responsible for the performance and production of Primus Aerospaces manufacturing operations within their department. This includes the management and direction of production personnel and processes including production control, quality control, safety, ISO documentation and shipping and receiving. The Team Lead will work with internal teammates across departments to maintain customer satisfaction of assigned work orders. Must-haves:

This hourly, non-exempt position is for the management of a team for Accessory Cad Plating. The duties include the responsibility to supervise a team and direct project flow. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Airframe and Powerplant License or equivalent required.
Aircraft specific factory training preferred.
Experience
5 - 10 years prior experience on aircraft maintenance.
Experience in supervision of four or more team members.
FAA paperwork, work order and billing process experience.
Customer contact experience preferred.
Initiative
Self-motivated and able to maintain a rapid pace.
Process work with minimum supervision.
Lead and provide incentive to other team members.
Deal directly with customers, including with areas of conflict.
Responsibility
Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.

Summary
The Team Lead, Warehouse supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating the activities of a designated team to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of products. This role serves as the first point of contact for team members, assisting the Supervisor or Manager in maintaining workflow, productivity, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
* Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Efficiently and accurately load orders according to the appropriate doors and trailers.
* Research discrepancies that may occur in the shipping and receiving process.
* Will train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, which includes but is not limited to: shipping, receiving, picking, and/or quality control.
* Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
* Assist with problem-solving and escalate operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager as needed.
* Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE, and adherence to safety policies.
* Perform regular quality and inventory checks to minimize errors and damages.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
* Maintain clear communication between shifts and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow.
Educational background / Work experience
* Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
* 2-3 years forklift experience.
* Current or prior MHE certification

* Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplish job task in a timely manner.
* Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
